Spring Hill’s first family Chiropractic office was started in 1999 by Dr. Lara Milani and Dr. Mario Milani as Spring Hill Chiropractic. We strive to have a state of the art chiropractic office, offering more alternative treatment options in one location and are thrilled to offer many different aspects of chiropractic care to better serve you.

Lara Milani D.C. and Mario Milani D.C. are a husband and wife team which bring to Spring Hill and its surrounding area a true Family Chiropractic Practice.

Chiropractic care has been helping families for years and we believe families want safe and natural solutions for their healthcare. Both Dr Lara and Dr Mario Milani are graduates of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport Iowa. The college was founded by D. D. Palmer in 1895. Palmer College is known as the Fountainhead for Chiropractic.

Since graduation, Dr Lara Milani associated in Allentown PA and Dr Mario Milani associated with a multi-disciplinary clinic with MDs, PTs and Chiropractors in Hermitage TN.

In 1999 Dr Lara and Dr Mario Milani started Spring Hill’s first Family Chiropractic practice with the goal of bringing a “Healthier Way To Live” to our community.
